Fat Attack...Interval Training

Today's workout was Brutal.....My assistant TD joined in on it and boy did we have to motivate each other til the very end. This 12 minute workout consisted of Intervals broken into 3 parts. Part 1 was (4) 50 second rounds with 10 seconds of rest in between, Part 2 was (12) 10 second rounds w/no rest & Part 3 was (4) 50 second rounds w/10 seconds of rest again. If you're saying oh 12 minutes is nothing,
I triple Dog dare you to do it and post your scores! Its not always the length of the workout but the intensity as well. We used my handy Gymboss App, set up the timer and GO! Exercises & my scores listed here: TDs Scores: Crab Toe 18,17

I chose the word REAL because you let other's know your life's obstacles and what you did to conquer them. You let EVERYONE know that ANYTHING is possible.   2. Thanks Desiree! You have it deep down in you.....you just have to say "this is it" and be determined every day. im soooo much slower and weaker than i was 10 months ago...so everyday is a struggle! but i am truly determined.

  3. Fair warning to all...Miesha is in "BEAST" mode. I am glad that she allows me to jump into her workouts. It's just the motivation and PAIN that I need.
