Today's workout was an INSANE 310 Rep AB, BOOTY & ARM Blasting Beatdown... I even had company who joined in and took on the Challenge! Jamila, Nik, Tujuana, Dee & Jameel (Eighty81) allowed me to convince them that it wouldn't be that bad (tehehehe) :) and boy were we all wrong! I think I might of even cried a couple times myself. LOL- Today's Workout was a time challenge and one of my Favorite Trainers (Jamila) blew us out the water finishing in a whopping 36mins & 50 seconds!
