Fat Attack...Interval Training

Today's workout was Brutal.....My assistant TD joined in on it and boy did we have to motivate each other til the very end. This 12 minute workout consisted of Intervals broken into 3 parts. Part 1 was (4) 50 second rounds with 10 seconds of rest in between, Part 2 was (12) 10 second rounds w/no rest & Part 3 was (4) 50 second rounds w/10 seconds of rest again.
