Training with An Athlete 7/26/11

Yesterday, I trained with my younger brother (former NCAA QB) on upper body and abs (500 reps to be exact). He pushed me, pushed me and pushed me again! It was much needed to relieve some heavy stress and get me back on track with what's most important (my body). I am posting some video and pics for you to check out since I've been gone so long!
